Annotation

Feschenko Ue.A. Reproduction of skilled labour under the conditions of
transition to the market economy. The thesis is a manuscript. The
given thesis stands for the degree of the candidate of economic
sciences on speciality 0.8.01.01. Taras Shevchenko economical theory
Kyiv University. Kyiv – 1997.Theoretical and practical problems of
reproduction of skilled labour under the conditions of mixed
economy are investigated. On the basis of analysis of the main
tendencies in the development of the system of the personnel
training, state economic functions of the stute providing the
personnel training in accordance with the needs of modern production
and in accordance with perspective of improvement, in the economy are
considered. On the foundation of concrete data the problems of
reorganisation and improvement of education in Ukraine are
investigated.
