Ministry of Health care of Ukraine, Ternopil, 1998.

The test deals with research of regularities of structure of
conjunctive tissue formations of human spleen and its vessels in surgery
aspect. Anatomic, macro– and microscopic preparing of spleen was
performed as well as contrast X–raying, X–ray–histotopographic,
histotopographic, histological, histochemical analysis. It is stated
that the shape of the spleen undergoes different changes in the process
of ontogenesis. These changes go from wide form to narrow and long. New
data are received about lobule, segmental and fractional structure of
the spleen, conjunctive tissue stroma of the organ, including capsule,
general vaginal vascular membranes, conjunctive tissue trabecula,
reticuline frame of parenchyma which constitute unifield system,
morphologically relevant with vessels. Close connection is revealed
between the shape of the spleen and place of vascular stalk in the gate
area. Connection is staled between outer segmental structure of the
organ and direction of intraorgan interlobule and intersegmental minor
vascular fields. These data may be the basis for organ–preserving
operations on the spleen.
