The thesis to claim the academic degree of candidate of technical

methods. – Institute of the Mathematical Machines and Systems Problems
National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 1998.

Ohe thesis gives a background and presents the mathematical model of
the optimization of the reservoirs operation modes on the basis of the
criteria of water use and water quality. There are used the modern
methods of the multicriteria optimization and the box models of water
quantity and water quality. The model is implemented for simulation of
the Dnieper reservoirs operational modes in conditions of radionuclide
contamination after the Chernobyl accident.
