The problem of theoretisation is comlicated because of the
traditionally simplified idea about the course of cognition. As a basis
of this idea there is an orientation to the logical interpretation of
the reality which is habitual for the rational comprehension. Still, in
spite of the evident limitation of such interpretation, the modern stage
of the cultural and historical development of the society doesn’t imply
another way of organization of knowledge. Taking into consideration
these statements, the author proceeds from the idea of the necessity of
the perception of the relativity of the knowledge logical structuration.
This allowed him to create the flexible system of the organization of
the theoretical arguments, in which their logical constituion implies
the further meaningful restructuring. As a result, he created the
effective notional system which allows either to realise the essence of
the process of prognostication or to form and formulate it theoreticaly,
that is without appeal to the empirical experience, but only on the
basis of the formulated notions, established rules for operating them
and deduced laws of the conclusions organization.
