The dissertation is devoted to design frontier topics that are connected
with cross-correlation analysis of the nucleophilic substitution
reactions of benzoyl, benzyl and benzhydryl substrates. A new derection
in the study of the mechanisms of these reactions is elaborated which
based on the polifactorial analysis of cause-effect relationships
between reactivity and reagent structures, solvent properties and
temperatures. On the strength of multifactorial kinetic experimentations
the numerous evidences for the existance of the unique isoparametricity
phenomenon has been obtained. The methodology of the application of
cross-interaction coefficients and isoparametrical points as
quantitative indexes of reaction mechanisms and transition state
structures was developed. The results of the work are significant for
development of novel trends in the study of reaction mechanisms and
organic reactivity.
