The thesis is aimed in studying of effectiveness of ureter substitution
by ileum. In this study the clinical-anatomy-functional distinctives of
urinary system before- and after intestinal ureteral transplantation.
Depositions and cautions for ureter intestinal plastics were optimized.
The requirements for surgical technics replacement of ureteral by
segment of terminal ileum were elaborated. The complications of the
intestinal ureteral plastics were defined.
