The dissertation is dedicated to the subjects connected with the
improvement of preparing of future officers for their professional
activities. The system of training military cadets to manage the process
of forming and control the state of social-psychological climate in
military collectives is elaborated on the base of realisation the

systematic recommendations of realisation the mentioned system in real
