Institute of APS of Ukraine, Kiev, 1998.

In the dissertation is analysed development of administrative science,
main schools of management, their connection with the common theory of
social administration and practice of pedagogical management.

In this work are defined the tendencies, some regularities and
principles of administration at secondary comprehension establishment.

The systematic analysis of secondary establishment as an object of
administration is also provided, explained main processing functions of
administration. On the basis of comparative administration of different
types of educational establishment there are developed recommendations
of improval of effectiveness activities.
