Dissertation is an attempt of complex comprehensive theoretical analysis
of the culture influence on functioning of the society in its political
(ethnical-and-political) and ethnical-and-national spheres. An intrnal
conception of studying ethnical and political processes in the context
of culture is created. This in its turn allows to find ont the general
culture determinants and mechanisms of common political
(ethnical-and-political) development of the society. Culture as a
special subject for analysis perhaps for the first time is being studied
through the corelation with the social field which is viewed in a wide
meaning as reality connected with human activites. The conclusions
having been made in the process of study gives the possibility to widen
theoretical methodological knowledge of political and cultural problems
of society existence and to delineate the perspectives of further
investigation of these highly important problems.
