university, Kharkov, 1998.

In this work a problem of creation of ultrasonic coherent-impulse
Fourier-introscopy method is resolved. This method is based on
multifrequency measurement of band spectral characteristics of
reflection coefficient of probing structure in standing wave regime and
on the transition from spectral measuring domain into time
interpretation domain on the basis of inverse Fourier transformation
algorithm with subsequent allocation of information phase-time
characteristic and (or) dependence of instantaneous carrier frequency.

The main results of work have found application at control of physical
property of thick-wall tubes with protective dielectric cover.
