Sociopolitical aspest of interrelation between politics and economics,
as well as forms, methods and procedures which reflect this
interrelation in social consciousness and science are analyzed in the
dissertation. Research is built upon a study of theory and practice of
social transformations in Ukraine and Vietnam. The dissertation analyses
is resulted with a creation of a cognitive concept of assessment of
interrelation between politikcs and economics under conditions of
society accelerated transformation.

Political and economic development are considered here as mutually
determined phenomena when under certain historical conditionsa priority
may belong either to politics or economics.
