The dissertation is to seek the candidate’s degree in sociological
sciences on speciality 22.00.06 – culture social science, science and
education. Kharkov state university, Kharkov, 1999.

The dissertation is devoted to system regionalization problem of
Ukrainian higher education in the period of society transformation and
to prognosis of its further development. The specific features of
territorial rational placing system of Ukrainian higher education are
considered in this work. The basic “problem syndromes” of crisis
processes in the home system of higher education are stated. The
optimization of the aim determination process of a regional level
toucher upon organisational, structural and contextual aspects of the
regional system higher education. The aims of a three-level
disaggregation of regional model of higher school are put forward. The
basic criteria and system reforming principles of higher education are
grounded taking into account regional peculiarities. The so-called
scientific-educational-productional “parks” proposed as a way of
implementation of the regional model of higher educational.
