Transitional Economy.

The Dissertation is presented as a claim for the Candidate degree of
Economic sciences, speciality 08.01.01 – economic theory.

Kharkov State University, Kharkov, 1999.

The paper considers the property relations reforming questions in
Transition Ukraine economy going on at the background of the basic world
tendencies of the Post-Industrial society formation – developing
processes of socialization and humanization.

The economic rights theory basis of ownership is defined. The
relationship of all using as the principal element of the new property
relations structure at the Post-Industrial stage of the society
development is singled out. The private and state property forms are
revealed. The state function as the property subject in Transition
economy is defined. The distinction of the individualized property form
from the private one is grounded. Making franchising using as the
authority form of small and middle business is recommended. The creation
of double enterprises in the region for the purpose of attracting
straight foreign investments is offered. The basic conception
regulations of money privatization stage are characterized. The
investments model into the human capital is made precise.
