The dissertation is devoted to study fresh-water bivalve molluscs and
their endobionts, as united symbiocenosis. Cenotic and population
analysis of bivalves and their endobionts has been investigated.
Influences of cenotic and population characteristics of bivalves on
species diversity and cenotic characteristics of endobionts were
studied. The structure and dynamics symbiocenosis “bivalve molluscs –
endobionts” in periphyton and benthos in river ecosystem (mouth of Desna
River) and reservoir ecosystem (upper site of Kanev Reservoir of Dnipro
River) were investigated. Complex characteristic of symbiocenosis is
proposed, based on own data and literature analysis. For the first time
in hydrobiological researches the stream of an energy which passes
through symbiotic system “molluscs Dreissena polymorpha – ciliates
Conchophthirus acuminatus” is calculated ”.
