Thesis for obtaining the Bacherlor of physics and mathematics learning

The thesis is dedicated to the research of antimonide indium alloyed
simultaneously with the acceptor (Cd) and donor (Te) additions in
equiatom correlation. In the thesis the improved technology of forming
and alloying of monocrystals InSb is described, the methods of
elimination of action of uncontrolled additions are devised, optimum
conditions of synthesis and crystalization of monocrystals. It has been
proved for the first time that at the process of binary alloying of
antimonide indium with Cd and Te taken in equiatom correlation the
constant of crystal grating is getting considerably changeg. It has
been demonstrated that a change of a grating constant provokes
deformation of energy spectrum of electrons, changes width of
restricted zone, effective mass of charge carrier and magnet
sensitiveness, influences optical and electric characteristic of
samples. This makes this material useful for production of
photoreceivers for IR type. Materials received and analyzed on the
basis of high alloyed InSb are perspective for solvinga problem of
dynamic holography on the wavelenth of CO2-lazer irradiation (10,6
mkm).
