disorders in nhildren with cerebral palsy. – Manuscript.

The dissertation submitted for a candidate of scienties (medicine)
degree in speciality 14.01.15 – nervous diseases. – Kyiv Medical Academy
of Post-Graduate Education named after P. Shupyk, Health Ministry of
Ukraine, Kyiv, 1999.

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the existing
clinico-instrumental criteria and development of new ones in the
diagnosis of speech disorders in children with cerebral palsy. The
advisability of using complex stimulating methods in treatment of the
given pathology has been proved on the basis of studing 125 children
with speech disorders accompaning cerebral palsy and effects of
perinatal cerebral impairments. New methods of polimodal influence and
electrocraniopuncture against the background of intramuscular injections
of maximum therapeutic doses of nicotine acid with the use of individual
therapeutic schemes in various speech disorders in children have been
developed with due regard for the diagnosed bloodflow impairments in
cerebral and vertebral arteries and for changes of bioelectric cerebral
activity.

The efficacy of these therapeutic modalities has been proved of the
basis of a comparative analysis.
