Research and development of equipment for vibrohydrolic clearing of details. - Manuscript. The thesis on competition of a scientific degree of the Candidate of Technical Sciences by speciality 05.02.02.- “Machinery sciences”. - Technological university of Podilly, Khmelnitskiy, 1999. The purpose of work is the development of an equipment for vibrohydrolic clearing (EVGC). The analysis of an equipment for clearing has allowed to justify a choice of mode of clearing and method its realization - use relapsive - translational movement of a liquid through jet with acute edge on an input, thus are derivated pulsing gas - liquid stream (PGLS). In a theoretical part of work are considered interaction of PGLS with the polluted surface. The influence normal and tangents voltages on efficiency of the process of clearing are installed. The analytical model of a working organ of EVGC is developed which reflects correlation between design data of hydropulser, parameters of vibrating drive and performances PGLS. The analysis of an analytical model has shown, that there are maximum values of exit pupils (force of hydrodynamic pressure and speed of driving of a stream) at defined values of parameters of a working organ. The researches of a force of hydrodynamic pressure of a stream on experimental installation have shown their convergence with values obtained on an analytical model. With the help of electrochemical method is installed, that PGLS will derivate large tangents voltage of friction on comparison with turbulental stream without gas inclusions at a spreading on surface. It confirms theoretical positions and explains intensification of the process of clearing in. Is investigated an clearing operation PGLS on model samples. Is installed, that the effectiveness of the given method comes nearer to efficiency of an ultrasonic mode, but thus is expended less energy. On an analytical model and outcomes of experimental researches the technique of account and projection of a working organ of EVGC is developed at an engineering level. On the given technique the sketch standard project of installation of a through passage type for clearing a details “ tank of the gas counter ” is developed.
