The dissertation was devoted to various DNA-profiling
techniques (AP-PCR and SSR-PCR) usage for molecular-genetic
polymorphisms investigation in maize. Genotype identification and
differentiation were elaborated. Comparative analysis for
discriminative power of biochemical and molecular markers was carried.
The character of inheritance of amplicons developed by various
PCR-methods was studied. The test-pannel of six SSR-loci was suggested
for “hybridity” determination of simple maize hybrids. Cirrelative
analysis of amplicons and agronomically important traits based on
quantitative indices for two years was carried.
