Present work analyses European law as a phenomenon of spiritual and
practical developing of reality. Precondition of its appearance and its
substantial qualities are determined. The author pay particular
attention to the renascence of the European law’s qualities as a special
way of existence. Certain fields of the manifestation of European law
are analyzed: from the standpoint of personality, social sphere,
spiritual and intellectual activities.

It’s expedient to implement the work in two ways: developing methods of
philosophical and legal process in Ukraine, on the one hand, forming the
high-qualified personnel, on the other.
