Thesis for a candidate`s degree by speciality 05.17.11 – technology of
hardmelting non-metalic materials. Kharkiv State Polytechnical
University, Kharkov, 1999.

The dissertation is devoted to making of scientific fundamentals of the
easy-melting light-coloured vitreous enamels synthesis for electrostatic
spraying on steel in conditions “two coats – one firing”. The main
requirements to properties of frits for sprayings in electrical field
and firing in this regime were established. Glass-forming region in
pseudothreefold Cabal- Na2O3-SiO2 system and electrical and reological
properties of obtain glasses has been studied. Composition of
glass-matrix with regulated strength of obtain glasses structure for
synthesis of easyfused frits with high electrical resistance ( r150 >
108 Ohm·m) has been optimizated. On base this glass-matrix the frit was
synthesed and introduced in production of stoves. The data about
economic effect has been bringed.
