Dissertation for the scientific degree of the candidate of technical
sciences by speciality 05.23.01 – building constructions, buildings and
structures. – Kharkov state academy of railway transport, Kharkov, 1999.

Existent types of the steelconcrete constructions and methods of their
analysis have been considered. It was noted that questions of torsion
analysis of steelconcrete elements with rectangular diametrical section
have been studied weekly. There was executed experimental researches of
steelconcrete beams and reinforced concrete beams with rectangular
diametrical section in torsion. Features of specimens work in a casing
have been demonstrated. Methods of the stress and deformation state
determination for transversal and inclined sections of a steelconcrete
element as well as engineering method of limit strength determination
for a steelconcrete beam have been developed. The design of a
steelconcrete beam carrying considerable torsion and bending has been
proposed.
