In the dissertation the concept of regional investment strategy is
offered which is based on principles of structural transformations of
bodies of regional management and is aimed at increase of efficiency of
use internal and attraction of external investment resources.

The complex model of effective management of investment processes in
region including is developed: the modeling of processes is territorial
– economic divisions of the state on the basis of a claster-analysis
method and model of branch balance, with the purpose of definition and
analysis of territories with various investment appeal, model of the
consolidated financing and model of definition of efficiency of the
regional investment projects and programs.

The model of regional structure of investment institutes, as subjects of
the market attitudes(relations) based on models of portfolio
administrative structures, for realization of tasks of attraction,
protection and development of investment resources is offered.

Key words: management of investment processes in region, the model of
regional structure of investment institutes, model of the consolidated
financing.
