Goncyarov G.A.. Motivetive mechanism of labour activities under
formation of market economy conditions. Manuscript.

theory. – Univercity by Taras Shevchenco name, Kyiv, 1999.

The dissertation is devoted to design of the machanism of labour
motivation evolution under market transformation of the Ukraine economy
conditions. The essence and contens of the labour motivity, structure
of the motivetive mechenism, modern problems in the motivity sphere and
possible ways of decision are revealed in the work.

The new approahes in investigating, forming and realezating motivity
on the basis of the complex cocial-economy analysis are elaborated.

The theoretic model of the motivetive mechanism of labour activities
for convertion period is esteblished in the work.

The rezults of the work have found their applying in elaborating of
methodic-studies text-books fo teaching stady disciplines “Economics”,
“Manegement” and have been used in design modelz of labour motivity for
organizations and enterprises.
