Scientific thesis on theory of education on speciality 13.00.01 –

The general principles of organization theory of education the process
of training students at the preparatory courses have been investigated
in this thesis. It has been down that the essential condition of the
effective training is the professional selection of students; the aims
of education should be scientifically grounded and the its content
should coincide the demands of the entering exams on profile subjects.
The latest scientific achievements and the peculiarities of the students
personality development should be considered as well.

The basis of the given method of the professional selection of students
entering the natural department includes the model of a teacher of
natural science and the system of its correspondents to the phycological
aup physiological characterishies of the future students.

The technology of out the aims and content of training at the
preparatory courses has been developed. They are determined by a social
order and educational standards. Programmes and plans on biology and
chemistry for the preparatory courses of natural department at the
higher educational establishment are based on the didactic approach to
the scientific information, the ideas of development of personality and
close ties of school and university. The author theoretically determines
methods and forms of the educational process, its didactic and
methodological provisions. There are also recommendations on staff and
technical provision of the preparatory courses.
