Vu Tkhieu Zang Organization of management of enterprise adaptation

Thesis for a candidate’s degree by speciality 08.06.01 – Economics of
an enterprise and organizing of production. – East-Ukrainian State
University, Lugansk, 1999.

Organization of management of enterprise adaptation process is worked
out in the thesis. The prerequisites of enterprise adaptation and
evolution of concept “adaptation” are looked into. Factors of
environmental influence are systematized.

Classification of enterprise adaptive response on alterations in
environment is carried out. The organization of adaptation process
provision with information is proposed. Methods of information channels
application and ways of incoming information analysis are determined.
The organization of descending planning in enterprise adaptation
process is developed. It is based on plans decomposition with form,
content, order of compiling defined for each plan. Principles of
formation of adaptation process budget, criteria for it’s structuring
are determined. The following is also proposed : order of calculation of
current and capital budgets of adaptation process both for department
and whole company, order of monitoring the dynamics of adaptation
process’ capital budget, algorithm of iterative improvement of
preliminary value of capital budget calculated on element basis,
accountability form and order of composition of report on capital
budget movement. Proved is also the expediency of using network graphs
in calendar planning, on the basis of which documents of calendar and
individual planning are suggested.
