The dissertation is devoted to the study of vital problems of
personality formation under the conditions of institutionalization of
the national private higher education. It is proved that educational
potential of private higher educational establishments in Ukraine has
great resource capabilities for educating highly qualified specialists
oriented to market changes. The work analyzes basic factors of future
specialists development, such as pedagogy of partnership, cooperation of
educational process, main actors in private higher educational
establishments, their focusing on dialogical interaction. The given
research presents a comparative analysis of internal personal traits of
students of private and state institutions, their orientation to the
necessary qualities of a specialist under the current societal
conditions. The work introduces detailed analysis of the main tasks,
directions and forms of educational work in private institutions.
