Thesis on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of
economic sciences on a specialty 08.07.03 – economy of construction. –
Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture, 1999.

The thesis is devoted to problems of an evaluation of an investment
potential of building organizations, which attend to investment
activity, and shaping rational ” of an investment portfolio “. In a
thesis an offered technique of an evaluation of an investment potential
of building organizations with the purpose of shaping rational ” of a
portfolio of the investments “. The mechanism of ranking and choice of
directions of investment activity because of probability weight expert
valuations of parameters of the investments is justified. The simulation
model of activity of economic services of building organizations for
want of shaping ” of a portfolio of the investments ” is created. The
algorithm of shaping ” of a portfolio of the investments ” with
allowance for degrees of risk (it a parity (ratio) with profit) and
possibilities of the enterprise is developed, which high efficiency
justified (reasonable) theoretically and confirmed is robust. The main
outcomes of transactions have found a use for want of shaping of an
investment portfolio of the building enterprises and in educational
process.
