The Thesis is devoted to research phenomenon of the penitence in
spiritually-moral existence of the person. Occurrence and coming-to-be
him in mythological and religious structure of perception of the world
is considered. Alongside with the analysis and ethics-psychological by
the characteristic of a phenomenon in a structure of the person the
penitence is considered in a system of ethics of concepts, is executed
