banking. – Manuscript.

Thesis for a candidate’s degree in economics in the speciality
08.02.03 – Organization of the management, planning and regulation of
the economics. – The Economic Scientific Research Institute of the
Ministry of Economy of the Ukraine, Kiev, 1999.

The thesis is devoted to the questions of state regulation of the
banking.

The necessity of the state control above bank risks is grounded in this
work. The conceptual hierarchical scheme of the objectives and tools of
a monetary policy is developed. The concrete recommendations for
implantation and rational combination of two above mentioned
methodologies in Ukraine are indicated. Was made econometric simulation
and alternative forecasting of the state impact at the economic system
through the regulation of banking sector.

Key words: banking, state regulation, monetary policy, banking risks,
econometric simulation and forecasting.
