The author defends scientific concepts of the questions of
constitutional function of the State prosecution: he researches the
essence and contents of the activity of State prosecution in intended
murder cases, its methodical and tactical provision.

In his dissertation, the author develops such concepts as “tactics” and
“methodic” of support of the State prosecution in court. He forms some
suggestions concerning improvement of acting legislation which regulates
the activity of State prosecution for real realisation of a principal of
contraversy of parties in criminal legal procedure.

The key words: State prosecution, intended murder, methods and tactics

parties.
