ABSTRACT

Bratushka S.N. Processes of mixing and mass transfer in systems Ta-Fe
and Mo-Fe using a low-energy, high-current electron beam. – Manuscript.

The thesis (manuscript) for the obtaining of the scientific degree of
the candidate of science in the physics and mathematics corresponding to
the speciality 01.04.07 – a physics state solid. – Sumy State
University, Sumy, 1999.

Thesis is devoted to questions of shaping near surface systems “fine
film from refractory metal – a thick iron base” as a result of
influences of concentrate flows of energy (CFE), as well as studying the
received system characteristics. It has been proved that as a result of
such influences in near surface a complex structure, greatly distinguish
from the source condition is formed. The research gives new strategies
and results of numerical calculations of warm-up floors of voltages
with, appear as a results of using a low-energy, high-current electron
beam in systems Ta-Fe and Mo-Fe, as well as results of studies of
structure, physical and mechanical characteristics of received covering.
Main results of work have been applied in perfecting the official
features of construction materials.
