The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the
psychologicaldeterminants of a dialogic communication in the pedagogical
activity.Psychological factors which determine style peculiarities of
the pedagogicalcommunication are theoretically grounded and
experimentally proved. Thecorrelation between style peculiarities of the
pedagogical communicationand the peculiarity of the teacher’s value
orientation system, the level of thedevelopment of empathy and the level
of rigidity of the cognition process isshown. The methods of formation
of the future teachers’ preparedness to thedialogic communication with
pupils are worked out and approbated.
