Thesis for a candidates degree on speciality 20.02.02 – “Military
Pedagogics and Psychology” – Khmelnitsky Borderguard Academy,
Khmelnitsky, 1999.

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of the development of the
military and pedagogical tendency as the most important professional
quality of the borderguard officer personality. There was conducted
psycho-pedagogical analysys of the problem, grounded the main
pedagogical conditions and ways of raising up the efficiency of the
mentioned quality development at the cadets. The author has worked out
the complex program of the improvement of the future officers military
and pedagogical preparation, and the determination the method of the
military and pedagogical tendency development level, which efficiency is
grounded theoretically and confirmed practically. It was found out, that
raising of the military and pedagogical direction development level
positively influences the total results of the cadets, creates
favourable conditions for performing their service duties on the state
border. The main results of the research work are widely adopted in
teaching and educational process of the Borderguard Academy.
