Ukraine, Kharkiv, 1999.

The dissertation deals with elaboration of new information technology of
monitoring of transport communications. The basic means of research is
the mobile computer complex. The theories of operators, probability and
digital processing of signals are used in this work. This dissertation
is of theoretical and practical value. The presented results are the
researches of hardware-software means for estimation of conditions of
transport communications on the basis of the generalized mathematical
description and simulation of monitoring process, network concept of
elaboration of mobile computer complexes.
