The subject of the dissertation is the development of manufacturing
and application biotechnologies of neustonic biopreparation. Neustonic
biopreperation ?s based on the cells with increased hydrophobicity. This
character allows them to concentrate within the surrface layer of water
and to intensify its purification. New flotative method for the
selection of the cells with high hydrophobicity was developed. Flotation
allows to select the cell fractions, which differ by their morphological
and biochemical properties.

One neustonic biopreparation from Bacillus spp. with wide spectrum of
antimicrobial activity was proposed to use for the decontamination of
surface layer of water. Another biopreparation , which is based on
neustonic variant of Bac. megaterium 1BD, was proposed for the
bioremediation of the oil polluted water. Application of this
biopreparation in the field showed that it significantly increased the
bioremediation of water polluted by oils and decreased the sum the
damage to environmental in 40 times.
