A dissertation in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the
Candidate of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics (specialty code
01.04.03 – Radio Physics). Usikov’s Institute of Radiophysics and
Electronics NASU, Kharkov, 1999.

The paper presents the procedure systematic and random error
evaluations of correlation dimension calculation and the criterions for
optimal parameters choice are developed. The quantitative evaluation of
influence of band-pass filtration to nirrelation dimension and
evaluation of distortion for ideal and two-order filters are given. Ohe
procedure was used for experimental data processing. Sun radiation in
the range 2.5 and 2.85GHz are analyzed. The method for the deterministic
chaos usage for information coding and decoding without synchronization
is investigated. Methods of noise reduction are proposed; and
quantitative evaluation of parameters impact for signal quality masking
and restoring is obtained.
