The dissertation is devoted to questions connected with a character and
peculiarities of proceeding processes of industrial adaptation under the
transformation social-economics relationships and changes taking place
in a structure of value-motivation sphere of an industrial staff. The
work has promoted a new approach to analysis and forecasting the
industrial adaptation on the ground of it’s multifactoral sociological
monitoring. This sociological monitoring is based on a correlation
between aspects of the industrial adaptation and a structure of
motivative expectations of industrial workers well founded theoretically
in the dissertation. It has been found experimentally a positive
correlation between a level of activation of worker’s polymotivative
aspects and a degree of his industrial adaptation. A new questionnaire
method for monitoring and forecasting of the industrial adaptation is
proposed. Wide analysis has been done on questions concerned with a
management in an area of industrial adaptation processes. The main
results obtained in the dissertation were applied to ruling practice on
some railway enterprises.
