The dissertation for receiving the scientific degree of Ph.D. in history
within the specialty 07.00.02 – World History – Odessa State University,
1999.

The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of the place and role of
Ukrainian diaspora in Canada for the development of bilateral relations
between Ukraine and Canada since 1991 till 1998. Its distinctive
attention was paid to studying of key reasons, methods and results in
the case of influence on the Canadian federal government by Ukrainian
ethnic group. Also it made clear the promotion factors for effective
development of international cooperation between two states.
