Vocational Training of Academy of Pedagogic Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv,

The dissertation contains the research of methodological, historical,
theoretical and methodical aspects of primary school teacher’s training.
The becoming and development of pedagogical training abroad, modern
foreign technologies of training of the teacher of primary school is
considered, the comparative analysis of pedagogical formation of
education in Ukraine in a world context is conducted. On the basis of it
the historical stages of professional teacher-training of primary
school and tendencies of the psychological and pedagogical training are
determined. The conceptual model of a system of psychological and
pedagogical training of the teacher of primary school is developed in
the basis of which there is a target comprehensive program which is
realized in the higher schools of III-IV accreditation levels. In the
basis of its development the general principles of organization of
pedagogical process and main directions of designing of the contents of
the psychological and pedagogical training are fixed what ensure the
formation the teacher – researcher, who is in constant search for
effective and rational methods of tutoring and education. The
pedagogical conditions of realization were checked up on five stages of
the psychological and pedagogical training of the primary school
teacher.

The main outcomes of the research are put into practice of the system
organization of the psychological and pedagogical training of the
teacher of primary school at a regional level.
