Thesis on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of
economic sciences on a speciallty 08.03.02 – economic-mathematical
modelling. Kiev national economic university. Kiev.1998.

The thesis is devoted to problems of development of target comprehensive
programmes of development of economic systems with use of methods of
network modelling and graph theory. The approaches and methods of a
selection of problems of a program – goals management, ordering of the
purposes of management of economic systems and ordering of measures of
the program on a target indication are offered scientific – methodical.
The realizations program – target of approach are executed the analysis
and research of streams of an information for want of and the methods of
its organization for shaping a model of process of a program – goals
management are certain. The algorithm of transformation of a
hierarchical system of the purposes of management in an oriented graph
is developed, which availabllity is a mandatory premise of construction
of a network model. The model of control procedure realization of the
programs is constructed, the algorithms of definition of temporary
parameters of a model and its realization are developed. Because of
outcomes of a research the main directions of development of economy of
Ukraine on a perspective are certain.
