The thesis is dedicated to the research of the actual problems of
Lypynskiy’s theoretical-political heritage whitch reveals the essence
and the main principals of his conception of the Ukrainion stateship. In
the work ideological-metodological essentials of the formation of the
social-political views of Lypynskiy are ascertained. It is also cleared
up the role of political elite in the state theory of the politologist
and his “agricultural-classocratic” version is clarified. His
sociocultural principals of statebuilding conception are also analysed.
The role and meaning of Lypynskiy’s conception of Ukrainion stateship in
the history of home politological intention and it’s practical sense for
the modern national-state interests of Ukraine are showed in the thesis.
