The dissertation is devoted to elaboration of principally new probiotics
on the base of the aerob spore-forming bacteria of the Bacillus genus.
New approaches to the creation of biopreparations with unique properties
were theoretically based and practically carried out. The possibility to
construct the recombinant probiotics with planned properties by the
methods of genetical engineering has been proved. Preclinical safety
evaluation of new probiotics has been realized. The high efficacy of
probiotics has been shown in experimental bacterial and viral infections
and during their use in medicine and veterinary. New aspects of
probiotic action have been discovered. The technology of production and
the methods of the biopreparations control were elaborated. All
necessary documentation for the production of probiotics – biosporin and
subalin – was maintained.
