In the dissertation the sociological aspects of labour mobility
under conditions of the regional labour market are investigated. The
special attention is concentrated on the analysis of main mechanisms
and processes that accompany it. The tendencies of development of
the regional labour market in a context of types of mobile
behaviour of the able-bodied population, real and potential
labour activity in conditions of formation of market economy also
are considere in the work. In the dissertation the results of
number of empirical researches on problematics of work are
used. The scientific and practical approach in realization of
comparative sociological research of the regional labour markets
was also developed and processed in the work.
