The thesis is devoted to determination of the optiomum parameters
of technological

process of application of films material – coating by
pheumatics spraying using the

experimental equipment. With that and in view we

the methods of their preparation. Which influence the strenght of film
coating adhesion to the surface of structure.

The strenght of adhesion depends upon the kinds of
materials , forms of surface and ways of its preparation, the
composition of coating, the ways of its application and conditions of
solidification.

The process of applying anticorrosive coatings is
accompanied by largewastes of materials. It depends on different
technological factors such as – the velocity of mixture feeding its
pressure viscosity the size of particles and the angle of spraying.

To define the optimum parameters of technology process of
coating the workwas done in three stages:

1. We used the stationary industry-made equipment with
different spray-nozzles

spray-gun.

2. The installation designed by the author and equipped with
nozzles (spray gun).

Both the installation and special nozzles to it are
protected by the author’ s certificate .

During the experiment the polyether polymers (alkyd resins) were
used. On theirbase we prepair the mastics and polysolutions to protect
constructions in different corrosive medium.

The factors influence the strenght of film coating and
its dependence upontechnological parameters such as the velocity of
feeding the material the amount of bounding off, the distance from
nozzle to surface of coating, the angle of inclination, the diameter of
output opening adhesion, the layer thickness and cohesion have been
determined.

The data, received as the result of investigation helped
us to find out theoptimum parameters and make their graphs.

In the process of utilizing the developed installation with
special nozzles the maximum strenght of film coating was achieved during
the third stage.

The special nozzles were protected by the author’ s
certificate (N 1756502 A1, ee. A 04 F 21/02, 1990, N 1812288 A1, ee. A04
F 21/02 1991, N 1796758 A1, ee. A04 F 21/02 1991 and patent N
97052483/2274 1997) .

In order to achieve ational selection of required
anticorrosive coating while taking into consideration the comparebility
of their variants the methods of calculation the economic efficiency of
such coatings have been developed.
