The dissertation is devoted to studying the process of juveniles’ moral
relationships formation in microsocial environment – family, school,
microgroups in the process of leisure. Structural components (integrated
individuals of the educational interaction, intellectual sources of the
educational influence, the Constitution, events and facts of nowaday
reality), factors (behavioural example, moral attitude, interaction
individual’s personal actions, environment’s corrective influences on
the individual), stages (behavioural idea of social relationships,
action (deed-habit-conduct) as a result of social relations’
realization, realization of the personal actions’ results – moral
persuasion, creation of the individual relation model: independent
intention to follow it), means and mechanisms of the process are
defined; the influence of micro-social environment on this process is
analysed, and the pedagogical conditions of its optimization are well
grounded.
