The process of the formation of juridical culture to senior pupils in
school of a new type is investigated. The terms of “juridical culture to
senior pupils” defines conception and a method of formation of
juridical culture to senior pupils in school of a new type is worked
out.

The experimental work has made it possible to define the pedagogical
conditions, enabling the process of the formation of juridical culture
in school of a new type, gave grounds to consider it reasonable to
involve students into different kinds of creative work and to introduce
art into the pedagogical process as a means for the formation of
juridical culture to senior pupils.
