This thesis is devoted to the questions of management of the process of
forming the creative initiative of future producers. The author
elaborated the structure and the content of managing activity, directed
to forming the integral complex of conditions which are necessary for
guaranteeing the process of forming the creative activity of the future
producers: pedagogical, psychological and organizational.
